LCIP is designed to enable creative and cultural activity in Leeds to flourish for the benefit of all who live, work, study and visit the city.
The Leeds Cultural Investment Programme (LCIP) provides both project (one-off) funding and revenue (ongoing) funding for creative individuals and organisations. The funding provided reflects Leeds City Council’s significant and ongoing commitment to culture and creativity in the city and is a legacy of LEEDS 2023.
